Razer Blade: The Ultra Thin Gaming Laptop Just Got Better

If you are a gaming freak who loves to play video games even while on the move, you must have heard a lot about the exceptional capabilities of Blade laptops that are manufactured by Razer. There was this massive $2800 Blade laptop with a 17 inch display and then came the 14 inch Blade from Razer in 2013. The mouse and the keyboards of these laptops have been best suited to gaming. While everything else was praised by the gamers, it was the resolution of the screen that was considered less than brilliant. This shortcoming has been more than made up by the company in the new Blade that has just been launched. If the resolution of the display of earlier Blade was just 1600X900 pixels last year, it now stands at 3200X1800pixesl and that too in a touch screen that is very responsive. To make this happen, Razer had to fit a new graphics processor in the shape of NVIDIA GeForce GTX870M. If you are interested in knowing the battery life, the ultra thin and portable gaming laptop runs continuously for 6 hours once it has been charged. The price of the laptop is high to your liking as this laptop starts at $2199. This is not for those who are weak at heart. But even at this high price, there is great demand for this gaming laptop.Talking to the media after introducing the new Razer laptop, Min-Liang Tan said that the new laptop boasted of QHD+ resolution that is much more than the standard1080p that the fans were asking for. According to him, this laptop has the world’s best resolution as far as other laptops are concerned.
Speaking from aesthetics point of view, there is not much of a difference between the earlier Blade and the newly introduced Blade laptop. But the differences are therein the internals and this is felt when one plays video games on this laptop. It is fitted with a 2.2GHz quad core processor from Intel and boasts of a solid 3 GB of RAM. The new Blade is a bit thicker and a little bit heavier than the earlier Blade. However, these differences are minute and the user does not feel any difference. The only grouse of the gamers is that the new Blade does not have a micro SD card slot that could allow them to increase the internal memory of the computer.
